WPP Specialist Agencies get a new approach to their PMO and Portfolio strategy. 

The Problem 

The permanent PMO and Portfolio Director was leaving and there was a need for an interim replacement to review the PMO and Portfolio approach as well as initiate the project portfolio plans for the coming year.

The Solution

I engaged in a number of conversations with the various IT Business Partners to understand what their challenges were when it came to planning and supporting the agency's IT initiatives. I then took this feedback and created a revised PMO and Portfolio training pack. I also conducted and communicated the IT portfolio planning outcomes.
