Agile Project Delivery is a UK Salesforce consulting partner. We joined the Salesforce Partner Programme in 2026 and currently hold provisional partner status. We design, implement and steady Salesforce and Agentforce programmes for mid-market and enterprise clients, with senior delivery leadership on every engagement.

Plenty of consultancies put a Salesforce logo on a slide and leave it there. We'd rather tell you exactly where we stand.
Programme membership
We're a member of the Salesforce Partner Programme with consulting partner status. That gives us partner resources, roadmap briefings and a direct channel into Salesforce. It also means Salesforce has visibility of our work, our certifications and our delivery as they grow.
And we're saying so
We could bury that word. We'd rather explain it. Provisional is where every consulting partner starts: Salesforce validates certifications, completed projects and pipeline before a partner moves up the tiers. We'll update this page as our status changes.

What does provisional Salesforce partner status mean?
Provisional status is where every Salesforce consulting partner starts. Salesforce validates a partner's certifications, completed projects and pipeline before they progress through the programme tiers. It is official programme membership with access to partner resources, training and support channels.
What Salesforce work does Agile Project Delivery do?
Salesforce implementation, org optimisation and rescue, integration and data migration, Agentforce pilots and delivery assurance. We have led a €4m global service transformation across 20 countries, aligned 40+ business units of an insurance broker on one platform, and put Agentforce into production for producers.
Why choose a boutique Salesforce partner instead of a large SI?
Senior attention. The person who scopes your programme delivers it, so decisions are faster and accountability is clear. Large SIs suit huge multi-country rollouts with big benches; for focused implementations, pilots and assurance, a boutique partner gives you more experience per pound. If a job needs a bigger bench, we say so.
Do you work with Agentforce?
Yes. We have delivered Agentforce in production, including AI-generated call prep for insurance producers inside their CRM. Our Agentforce Pilot is an eight-week, fixed-scope engagement that takes one high-value use case to a working agent with the evidence to justify the next step.
Can public sector teams buy your Salesforce services?
Yes. Agile Project Delivery LTD is an approved supplier on Crown Commercial Service Digital Outcomes and Specialists 7 (RM1043.9), Lot 1 and Lot 3, with a G-Cloud 15 application under review. Salesforce and CRM delivery can be bought through those routes or directly.
